SURPRISE, WITCHES!!! American Horror Story News!

I'm a HUGE fan of American Horror Story. HUGE. Like, Psycho. I can sit and discuss each season in detail to an embarrassing extent, but whatever, we all have our things.

Surprise, witches! Bet you thought you’d seen the last of Jessica Lange on “American Horror Story.” I know I thought I had.

It was announced this weekend by another AHS Star, Sarah Paulson, that THE SUPREME herself will be returning to the series for the upcoming eighth installment, “Apocalypse” which is a crossover between Season 1 (“Murder House”) and Season 3 (“Coven”), in an episode (or hopefully a few) that Paulson herself is directing.

Queen Jessica played the creepy next door neighbor Constance Langdon in “Murder House” and (former) Supreme witch Fiona Goode in “Coven" which was BY FAR my favorite season. She broke our hearts when she chose to leave after “Freak Show” and hasn’t returned for even a cameo since.

“Jessica will be returning as Constance in an episode I’m going to direct.” said Paulson. Supposedly Ms. Lange will guest star on Episode 6.

“American Horror Story: Apocalypse” will star Fern, Peters, Paulson, Kathy Bates, Billie Lourd, Emma Roberts, Billy Eichner, Leslie Grossman, Adina Porter, Cheyenne Jackson, and series newcomer Joan Collins. And Lange, of course.

“American Horror Story: Apocalypse” will premiere Wednesday, September 12 at 10/9c on FX.
