What foods cause you to feel guilty?

My go-to snack foods are Fruit Loops, BBQ Chips with Dip, and Goldfish. But, I do feel bad about it when I over indulge.

I'm not alone. A new survey found that Americans feel guilty about 30 percent of the food they eat – particularly snacks. According to the survey, these are the Top 5 Most Guilt-Inducing Foods:

  1. Ice cream -- 46%
  2. Chocolate -- 44%
  3. Candy -- 43%
  4. Cookies -- 42%
  5. Potato chips -- 40% (NY Post)
