How long before your NY's resolution becomes a habit?

Was your New Year's resolution to lose weight and get in shape? Mine too. Here's how long it takes to make healthy choices a habit!

According to MarketWatch, about 40 percent of Americans make New Year’s resolutions each year, vowing to do things like eat healthier, get more exercise and save more money. But what these people might not understand is that making real changes is hard. Really hard.

Researchers found that it takes a whopping 66 days to turn a resolution into a habit. That’s more than two months of persistent work and dedication before that habit really takes hold. (MarketWatch)
