Green Day, Weezer and Fall Out Boy started warming up for their massive stadium tour on Tuesday night -- by turning up the heat at a surprise club show in Los Angeles.
All three bands piled into the 500-capacity Whiskey-a-Go-Go for the spur-of-the-moment gig to slam through greatest hits' sets -- along with the new songs they each released yesterday. They'll return to that shared stage next summer when the Hella Mega Tour hits stadiums across North America.
Weezer will release a metal-inspired album called Van Weezer in May of next year. The first single, "The End of the Game,” is out now.
