Mississippi Morons used superglue to forge scratch off lottery ticket

Odis Latham and Russell Sparks visited the Mississippi Lottery Corporation headquarters in Flowood on Monday with a lottery ticket purportedly worth $100,000.

The ticket had been signed and was presented to the commission for payment.

Flowood police arrested Odis Latham, 47, and Russell Sparks, 48, both of Columbus Monday and charged them with Conspiracy to Commit and Uttering Counterfeit Instrument over $1,000.
