Due to the severe weather anticipated for later today (Apr. 18), personnel onboard Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) Gulfport will have an early release today at 12:00 p.m. All gates for the base (Pass Road, Broad Avenue and 28th Street gate entrances) will remain open, and the Colmer Dining Facility will continue to operate for its normal hours.
Closure times for the following base departments and facilities are as follows:
Naval Construction Training Center: Student are released at lunch time; staff are released at 1:00 p.m.
Naval Branch Health Clinic Gulfport: 3:00 p.m. (the clinic may adjust medical appointments today as needed)
MWR Child Development Center: 1:30 p.m.
MWR Youth Center: 1:30 p.m.
MWR Liberty Center: 3:00 p.m.
MWR Fitness Center: 3:00 p.m.
Navy Exchange: 3:00 p.m.
Commissary: 3:00 p.m.
Mini-mart: 8:00 p.m.
