Netflix is warning customers about a phishing scam.

A new email phishing scam is going around pretending to be a warning from Netflix.  The fake email says, "Your Netflix Membership is on hold," and then proceeds to steal your credit card details.  The email threatens victims with alarming language and account suspension if they don't give their credit card info. Researchers at Malwarebytes say it's a "fairly sophisticated" scam that uses a security certificate and a website that looks like a legitimate Netflix login screen.  After getting the victim's card information, the phony website then directs them to the real Netflix website.  The streaming service is warning its customers of the phishing scam, and says on its website that it will never ask for any personal information to be sent over email.
