Rescue workers with the Arizona Humane Society were confused when they got a call about a dog on a roof. When they got there, this puppy was so happy to see them that he thought they were coming to play on the roof, too! Lucky boy that he is, Rufio got adopted quickly! Watch the rescue happen!
