MIRANDA LAMBERT and her MuttNation charity are up to over 200 dogs rescued or relocated during Hurricane Harvey. They moved dogs from overloaded shelters in Texas to Oklahoma, so that dogs misplaced by the hurricane could stay closer to where they'd been found.
